What is T-volution? Quite simply T-volution is the name we've given to our new capability to produce high quality one-off T-shirts of ANY DESIGN IMAGINABLE!

With T-volution you no longer have to pay screen charges, your images will look exceptionally close to what you have printed from your computer, AND they wash and wear with a soft hand and feel great!
T-volution shirts can be printed on 100% cotton and ANY color of shirt, as well as 50/50 T's. We can also print on towels and other fabrics, including mousepads and jackets.
T-volution shirts ARE NOT TRANSFERS. Typical of heat transfer technology is the same quality as you see on your computer screen, but only available on white or very light shirts, not so with T-volution, ANY color shirt is ok. Aside from a restriction to white and very light colored shirts, transfer technology tends to have a heavy hand and you can see a light outline around the design where the transfer material was cut. These shirts look great until washed the first time then the outline is usually very obvious. T-volution shirts have NO HAND, no outline and look totally professional.
In addition, unlike silk screening technology, T-volution shirts do not use screens. You pay only a small onetime setup charge for your design (waived if we design the shirt for you), after that you pay ONLY for the shirts you purchase.
Ok, so what's the drawback you say? Pretty much nothing! Pricing per shirt for white T-volution T's is a bit more than the per shirt silk screened shirt if you DO NOT account for screen charges. However, to be fair, most silk screened shirts are seldom more than 2 or 3 colors for that reason. Remember, there are NO color limits or restrictions for T-volution shirts! Also, there is no minimum for T-volution shirts. Most silk screen orders have minimums of 24-36 or more. Dark colored T-volution shirts are more expensive because of the requirement of using a white underbase as well as dark materials are more expensive to purchase.
Wow! T-volution sounds awesome you say? What will happen to silk screened shirts? Well, silk screening technology will never go away because for large runs of limited colors it can be very cost effective. In fact, T-volution shirts are targeted for runs up to 100. Although we can do runs larger than that, at 100+ shirts we need to consider the options at least from a cost and production time perspective. Should you have a run of 100+ shirts, we will work with you to provide you with the right solution. Either way, whether we silk screen your shirts or we use T-volution technology we promise you will receive top quality results.
